By accessing or using the SurePillar platform (surepillar.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

SurePillar is a tech-enabled real estate platform that connects potential tenants with verified landlords and property owners in Lagos, Nigeria. Our services include property verification, HD video tours, and listing curation. SurePillar is a facilitator and does not own the properties listed on the platform.

3. Property Verification Disclaimer

While SurePillar conducts physical inspections and legal due diligence to the best of our ability, our verification status represents the condition of the property and documents at the time of inspection. Users are encouraged to conduct their own final walkthrough before making any financial commitments.

4. No Inspection Fees Policy

SurePillar does not charge tenants "inspection fees" for viewing video tours or booking physical visits for our verified listings. Any person claiming to represent SurePillar and demanding upfront payment for an inspection should be reported immediately.

5. User Obligations

As a user of SurePillar, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • Not use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Respect the privacy and safety of our verification team and partnered landlords.

6. Limitation of Liability

SurePillar is not a party to the actual rental agreement between a landlord and a tenant. Therefore, we are not liable for any disputes, property damages, or legal issues arising from the tenancy relationship once the keys have been handed over.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, photographs, and video tours, is the property of SurePillar and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
